How I Started:
Started working out in high school for baseball season, haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It:
I wouldn't say that I love it, I actually think it's a pain in the ass but it's a necessary evil as an athlete.
Let's get one thing straight, I don't lift to look good, I lift for strength. In my opinion, working out just to look good is ridiculous.
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to some heavy music such as metallica, slayer, testament, etc.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't consider myself a bodybuilder, I'm a baseball player.

Goal (Long):
I want to extend my baseball career, so I've decided to try out for a semi professional team down in Florida. My strength is almost where I want it to be, my cardiovascular strength is better than ever, I just have to switch gears and move into working on my flexibility again. I'm starting a stretching regimen twice a day everyday that should get me where I want to be... Only time will tell.

It gives me energy and confidence on the field, which is great. But the greatest benefit I get from it is that I sleep like a baby. There's nothing like waking up early in the morning feeling refreshed. I had a lot of trouble sleeping as a kid, especially early on in high school. Being able to get 8-10 hours of sleep every night is amazing. It gives me energy and confidence on the field, which is great. But the greatest benefit I get from it is that I sleep like a baby. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
About a minute... but I want to shorten that up a bit. But again, it all depends on the bodypart, for abs, I'll only give them about a 20-30 second rest but for benching, I'll give my chest a good minute to a minute thirty to recover.About a minute... but I want to shorten that up a bit. What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I don't want a celebrity body, I want the strength and power of a major league pitcher
This whole Michael Phelps getting caught smoking pot situation is really bothering me. Who cares if he was ripping a bong? Bruce Lee used to take THC in the form of tea at night to help him mellow out and he, like Phelps was an amazing athlete. All I see in the papers are quotes such as...
