Goal (Long):
I started my program July 15, 2008 at a fat 268 lbs and 26% body fat. 16 months later I hit 195 for the first time in 23 years. only 15 more to go to the goal. compete at some point...maybe
she is as smart as she is pretty and sexy. gave me the tips on my new workout routine that have my head spinning (that's a good thing). looking forward the the next several months to see the results...first couple of workouts on her advice when awesome!!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
believe it or not...running. it is a challenge to see physically and mentally how far i can go...i get bored fast doing cardio of any type and this really challenges me
New routine...simple, easy, and affective. Heavy lifting for about an hour and a half followed by cardio. Everyday cardio is 10 minutes on the row machine. I only run on Saturday or Sunday now...just one day a week and about 6-8 miles
Dude, awesome progress!
And your guns are huge!! Keep it real, man. We thirty-somethings have got to make the twenty-somethings look like pathetic wimps ;-]
Keep up the hard work!

What about replacing them with something more bulky? Carrots, broccoli or celery with p-nut butter. Something that takes up space is easy to snack on and needs a little water or milk to wash down.
Hey dude, I just saw your post on the HAC page...keep up with the water. Once your body realizes that it's going to be a continuous thing, it will stop holding onto it and you'll find yourself feeling MUCH lighter!
You're doing great!
