Tore my shoulder playing baseball, used weight lifting to strengthen it again. Was always over weight tho so needed to start on weight loss.

When I look in the mirror and see the changes I have already gone thru and envision what is yet to come.

I started my program July 15, 2008 at a fat 268 lbs and 26% body fat. 16 months later I hit 195 for the first time in 23 years. only 15 more to go to the goal. compete at some point...maybe

Workout Program:
New routine...simple, easy, and affective. Heavy lifting for about an hour and a half followed by cardio. Everyday cardio is 10 minutes on the row machine. I only run on Saturday or Sunday now...just one day a week and about 6-8 miles

What about replacing them with something more bulky? Carrots, broccoli or celery with p-nut butter. Something that takes up space is easy to snack on and needs a little water or milk to wash down.

Hey dude, I just saw your post on the HAC page...keep up with the water. Once your body realizes that it's going to be a continuous thing, it will stop holding onto it and you'll find yourself feeling MUCH lighter! You're doing great!
