Gain more definition in overall physique, especially my legs.
Goal (Long):
I am a hardgainer. More muscle and less body fat. Going to be apart of Fitness Amercia, in Las Vegas. Nov. 19 -21/2009.
Bottom line. To always have fun in whatever I am doing.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
When I first started working out. I was attending Bishop Kelley Highschool. The coaches told us what exercises to do. They let us eat what we wanted to. I knew I was skinny and had a fast metablolism. My diet was my biggest mistake. I had a Instant Breakfast Carnation w/milk. That was my 'protein shake'.. My pre-workout meal was 3 large french fries w/ lots of ketchup and added salt. I ate dinner, whatever my mom cooked. And then I had carrot cake or apple or pumpkin pie. I cleaned up my diet after I learned about nutrition. I eventually saw progress, slowly. When I first started working out. I was attending Bishop Kelley Highschool. What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Be patient. Get on bodybuilding.com or Animlpak.com, and learn about diet and exercises to do. Knowledge is power. Don't listen to the late night info. commercials.
Why I like this video: if anyone followed 'wrath's journey' from animalpak.com. He made a few workout videos. This guy got great results from keeping his diet simple, but effective. Its still on animalpak.com.. take a look.. its worth the read.

hey! Great work-you look awesome. saw your diet posted on the hydroxycut max thread-looks great for the next4 weeks. did you make it up on your own or have a trainer put it together?
The only oats I can eat are specific Gluten free oats or Steel cut ones! As for rice cakes, I just read the label (as for any food!) and all rice based stuff is fine with me.. I'm excited tho, I'm going to get a food allergy test next week to see what other foods I am super sensitive to.. neat! Hope you feel better! Just stay away from the foods that hurt you! hahaha

oh. i heard about the low glymcicy thing but not really sure how it works . . . speaking of cake. i just had a piece of my angel food cake about 10 minutes ago; yummy! tonite I heated up strawberries, added my protein powder and poured some trader joes fiber crunch cereal on top and then of course added my piece of angel food cake. One sloppy bowl of pourage; my favorite!
thanks! everyone keeps sayinng i eat low carbs but i thought that i didn't. i don't track them but think i should to see what I'm really doing . . . i thought fruit was a carb?
