I want to burn fat and gain muscle. I want to increase the weight of all exercises by at least 5 lbs every month.
I want to have a 1 rep max of at least 300lbs by christmas on bench press
This morning I met my goal of 300 pounds of parbell bench press!! My goal was to be able to do it by the end of the year and I and done it 3 months early. hell yeah!! Feels good.
Great build, officier. FYI, my traps grew more when I lowered my wt and really worked on feeling the contraction betweeen my sh. blades. Something you prob. already knew, but there it is.
Might want to split your weight routine and cardio. Should help with not burning up Muscle Mass and also gives you a break to get better work outs. I usually wait 4-5 hours before doing cardio after weights. Just trying to help - I'm sure you have time constraints.
