Goal (Long):
Within the next year (or two) I would like to deadlift over 400lbs, squat over 315, and bench over 150. I know this may seem crazy, but in my mind I believe I am capable of it.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros: equiptment, weights are there
Cons: only one olympic bar, and annoying people

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
As of right now I write about every workout in a journal, but I'm probably going to start a training log today.

im pretty good, it still stiffens up like crazy sometimes so i have to mind it, but overall im ok. i cant go heavy on consecutive weeks, and i cant back squat over 315 due to the compression issue, but i can still work out. we do what we must to scratch the itch, ya know! your welcome, now worries!

Im with you, i went heavy for too long last yeat after a knee surgery and compressed the L5 disk in my back. patience makes progress! good luck, and stay focused. B
