Goal (Long):
Within the next year (or two) I would like to deadlift over 400lbs, squat over 315, and bench over 150. I know this may seem crazy, but in my mind I believe I am capable of it.

thanks, hope your weekend was well also! one does what they must when lifting is an imbedded part of their life. i couldnt imagine not having the weights to turn to...
im pretty good, it still stiffens up like crazy sometimes so i have to mind it, but overall im ok. i cant go heavy on consecutive weeks, and i cant back squat over 315 due to the compression issue, but i can still work out. we do what we must to scratch the itch, ya know! your welcome, now worries!
