Would like better overall muscle condition as well as lose fat in my problem areas...figure competitors are my motivation!
Goal (Long):
No longer want to focus on how much I weigh but how strong and lean I am. I would not care if I weighed the exact same as long as i was lean and defined, and perhaps could lift more weight!
Much better turnout then on day 1! I ate better all day and had a good warm up...no dizziness! Only trouble is my arms are very sore, I hope I will be able to lift them tomorrow! We focused on arms since we will be training again tomorrow, which will be a leg focus...looking forward to...
20 mins of cardio is 20 mins, as long as it is getting done, along with the weight lifting it will be very beneficial, keep it up and the results will keep pouring in.
