Bench-pyrimid sets; start with a warm up of a fairly lite weight( i do it at 135 ). Then jump up to a fairly heavy weight ( 205 ) and aim for 12. Then jump up 10 pounds and aim for 10. Then jump up another 10 or so pounds ( 225 ). Then jump back down to the second weight...
yea dude,take ice,some v-8 juice and like protien powder or some flaxseed powder an mix that all up,sometime i just use v-8 and raw pasturized eggwhites.
nah this is nitrix oxide....u kno how u get a pump when u work out...like say u train biceps an they get bigger for awhile but they go back down? well thi stuff make them stay big...

oh man thats not good lol yea i been workin on doing squats every week even though i hate squats,makes your quads,hamstrings,butt,and neck sore! but i want bigger legs lol
yea i just messed up my foot yesterday ridding bikes an now i might miss one or two leg workouts an i really need to work on building up my calves an quads an its really frusterating,how muchweight you trying to lose?

hey, yea i dont have a spotter either :|....wich sucks...i just load on the plates and hope that i can lift it lol. i am also trying to get my bencpress up. and my deadlifts too. anyhow i g2g to work ttyl, good luck
