Just bought a bench and some weights and started working out. Then about 2 months later hooked up with my buddy John and his wife, he used to compete back in the day, and taught me everything I know.
Why I Love It:
The attention, being different than the average Joe Shmoe in the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not really motivation anymore.. more like it's my lifestyle now.

Hi mate im good thanks...im starting to put on some muscle and im looking better ...last two weeks i havent touched the gym though i have been down and out in bed caught a bad virus throwing up , headaches etc but im feeling much better and hope to be back in the gym in time for xmas.
