I started because I was always the thin guy, and I did not want to stay that way. Also, I went to a gym but had to quit but loved the feeling
Why I Love It:
Even tho I was on and off I love bodybuilding cuz it gives such a feeling of power that I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reminding myself of the bodyparts that need work and just pure visualization. Also, since I'm diabetic, I keep my health in mind.
