Taken 2 days after Halloween. I have less than 74 days left till my girl comes home to a new me.
Here's the progress after 10 weeks and a little leaned out. I wanted to post this picture because I was about to bulk back up to gain muscle mass again.
WOW! I just got through a great arm routine and felt swole. I've been afraid to work the arms because of symmetrics. I just wish I could get a nice tone looking arm without the mass... but I have found out that this is just wishful dreaming. So I went ahead and started building the arms and...
hey there,
i read in your profile that you had worked out in prison,
i am looking for a workout that resembles a prison cell workout, due to limited space that i can workout in and limited supplies. any help would work out great or directions you could point me in.
thanx

I feel really stretching out on the eccentric part of pull ups helped me. But who really knows. Good Luck. 3% is easier said than done! If you get there you will have acheived something most people can't even comprehend.
I don't really live and die by bodyfat stats. Some people look better ar 5% than they do at 3%. I was somewhere around 3.5 I think. I don't work my obliques, most people shouldn't unless you want a thicker waist.
well thats probably not enough time to get alot accomplished. it usually takes about 45 days to bulk if you really want to add some size, and another 45 to lean out to be completely honest with you. But if i were you, i would pick one and do that for the 45 days. I know thats probably not what you want to hear, but its the truth buddy. Train hard.
