How I Started:
Always been interested in fitness, but it has only been this year that i have step up to the plate and taken some action. Growing up i was a skinny kid till i hit middle school and started to slack off and eat crap. i yo-yoed for years, i was never "big" but always had some chub. After having a little too much fun over xmas, i decided it was time to commit to getting into shape and thats what im doing.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so much better, i have more energy and feel good about myself.
Im addicted to the gym, i cant stand not going.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read the forums and transformations on here, there are some fantastic people here and they all keep me motivated and wanting more.

Goal (Long):
Over the last 3.5 months i have transformed myself so much and im soo happy where i am today. Competing as a sports model at the INBAs and the ANBs were a blast. Even tho i didnt place, i had a ball and will come back better than every next year. I know need to focus on a new goal, something to keep me motivated and working hard. Im hoping to kick even more butt in the gym, build some muscle and possibly enter a fun run or something over summer. So much to think about!
Well its now been a couple weeks since my comps and im back to eating a normal diet. Im still trying to keep everything under control and watch my macros as the plan is to maintain at this stage (and pack on a little more muscle here and there). Im enjoying being able to eat tasty recipes...

i am just starting out, literally my first gym session is tomorrow...so scared i am so freakin unfit!!
