I started working out more seriously in June to improve my sugar levels for type II diabetes.
Why I Love It:
I love the changes that bodybuilding has on your body. There is no other way to transform your body than with weight training. It's ageless.
How I Stay Motivated:
I focus on the little progress I see everyday and also how it has improved my overall health.

I am sorry to hear that there is a medical issue in your life. I will say a prayer for you and hope that the Lord helps you with your health. As you wait for the results try and find time to do what you can towards your fitness goals. Even if it is something small it all adds up and can help. I found, as did my wife that even though we were not as young as we once were that our hard work and dedication did not go unrewarded. Our bodies responded to the weight lifting and aerobic activity and to a more nutritious diet as well as they ever did. I have faith that you will reach your goals as long as you challenge yourself and believe in what you are able to accomplish. I wish you strength and determination.
