I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can help make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Thank you so much for the motivation and encouragement. It is hard but I know that I can do it if I try to do it. Nothing gets done if you don't make it happen.
If you feel discouraged, hit a roadblock, stumble or hopefully, want to shout about how great you are feeling & doing, send me a message. “We think about all of our tomorrows, but we don't know how many there are, so let's start making the most of our Today’s!”
Stay strong as you continue and try and remember: "God didn't promise a day without pain, laughter without sorrow and sun without rain. But He did promise strength for the day, comfort for tears and light for the way."
I am sorry to hear that there is a medical issue in your life. I will say a prayer for you and hope that the Lord helps you with your health. As you wait for the results try and find time to do what you can towards your fitness goals. Even if it is something small it all adds up and can help. Remember; “Tough times never last, but tough people do.”
I found, as did my wife that even though we were not as young as we once were that our hard work and dedication did not go unrewarded. Our bodies responded to the weight lifting and aerobic activity and to a more nutritious diet as well as they ever did. I have faith that you will reach your goals as long as you challenge yourself and believe in what you are able to accomplish. I wish you strength and determination.
Believe in your own ability to change the way things are. Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and never, ever give up. I wish you all the best and really look forward to hearing how you are progressing. Stay strong.
