Background
I'm getting older and I want to get in good shape... I've lifted for decades but thought I better really get started now or who knows...
I like being in charge of my body and training it very calculatingly.

Once a week I hit Chest/Tricep/Legs and Abs with the weights and then do TRX that hits these muscles.
Twice a week I do a 12-14 move circuit x 3-4 with the TRX for the full body.
Twice a week I'll do a dedicated core/ab routine with the TRX.
I rock the road bike 100-150 miles a week.
TRX is the bomb and when I have the physique I want I know I'll be able to attribute it to this revolutionary piece of equipment.

Posted in Training : Jan 02, 2012 5:53amKeeping with the "no weights" policy... TRX 3x a week and group cycle 4x a week. Taking one day off each week. I just recently got a Gymboss interval timer and man talk about a must have. Makes for a very efficient workout. Take control and timer your moves. Also own a mid-level heart rate monitor. If you don't have one, you're missing out.
TRX, cycling and Tabata styled bodyweight moves have reinvented my fitness routine. As much as I dare not say it here, I have no desire to be large
