Overall Goal: 8 weeks back in the gym... Keeping with the fullbody EOD with bench, squat or deads to start each session. Adding plates when I can. Dumping and keeping exercises. I'll go through mid-January and reevaluate.
Fit Status:
Lost some size and strength from the layoff... Need to get back in the gym.
I'm getting old and I want to get in good shape... I've lifted before but thought I better get started now or who knows...
Why I Love It:
I like being in charge of my body and training it very calculatingly.

Goal (Long):
I'm 43 (at the moment) and I said awhile ago that I want to hit 50 in decent shape... That should be easy hanging around this website with all this knowledge and information.

No. I rep 315 for 6. That's the 1RM the Bodyspace calculator comes up with. My partner pushes me real hard. He's 6'2", 225, and pushes three wheels for double digits. I just try to keep up. I powerlifted when I was younger. I've had a lot of practice withe leverage of the lift.

Hey man gettin slim "slim". Are you still hittin the gym on a regular basis? I have to ge serious again! I think I am stuck at 215# on the bench. I need to get past this platue. It is tough though... Anyhoo keep up the good work!
