Once a week I hit Chest/Tricep/Legs and Abs with the weights and then do TRX that hits these muscles.
Twice a week I do a 12-14 move circuit x 3-4 with the TRX for the full body.
Twice a week I'll do a dedicated core/ab routine with the TRX.
I rock the road bike 100-150 miles a week.
TRX is the bomb and when I have the physique I want I know I'll be able to attribute it to this revolutionary piece of equipment.
