How I Started: i didt like the way i looked
Why I Love It: it makes me feel good, and its always sumthing to do, i get bored easily so that works to keep me active.
How I Stay Motivated: i dont really know, i guess from all the compliments i get, sayin how much ive changed, it jus makes me feel good.
BB Accomplishments: well i went from not being able to curl a 20 pound dumbell to being able to curl a 55 twice in jus under 2 1/2 months. and every othere area has improved a great deal also

jus startin-125Lbs the new me
this is me when i moved up here, and i really did jus weigh 125 pounds!!.about a week later i decided i was gonna start lifting.  this is me now, i am really happy with my results.

it doesnt matter the age, its w/e u feel comfortable with, and my first bit mistake was tryin to lift heavy and not smart.
