it makes me feel good, and its always sumthing to do, i get bored easily so that works to keep me active.

i dont really know, i guess from all the compliments i get, sayin how much ive changed, it jus makes me feel good.
BB Accomplishments:
well i went from not being able to curl a 20 pound dumbell to being able to curl a 55 twice in jus under 2 1/2 months. and every othere area has improved a great deal also
