damn this sux ive been sick for the 4 days and i haven't been going to work out. but im feeling better and can't wait to get back in it.

Workout Program:
cardio before every workout and after day 1 chest and back, day 2 bis and tris, day 3 shoulders, day 4 legs. all heavy and with short rest periods. only take a day of when the body wants it.
