How I Started:
My senior year in high school I got tired of being 120 lbs. I joined the wight lifting class, and changed my life. Unfortunatley somewhere along the way I lost grip, along with muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the "PUMP". When the blood flows through your veins, and your muscles swell, and get tight. I also love the energy I have when I work out, and how much better I feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to look great for my wife as well as my self. Also I beieve appearence says alot about some one. Although not everything, appearence is the fist thing you are judged on, and the first thing people notice.

I want to drop body fat, run further, and push more weight
Goal (Long):
I would like to cut my body fat down by at least 7% in the next 6 months. I also want to be near 170lbs with 11-13% BF. I want to maintain or decrease my 2 mile run time of 13:30.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
11%

So as you can tell by my weight I have gone up from 155lbs to 161.4 lbs. I must say I cannot see much of a difference in myself although my wife claims to. I dont think my first weight was to accurate. If it was I am very impressed. Other than weight I have noticed a gain in strength, as well....
