Really '97 at a crummy apt gym. But semi-consistently in 2001 after joining the Navy. After seeing my fellow Sailor go for SEALs in boot camp, I got envious. We were the same age. Same hometown. Same IT job. And rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Only thing to control is how much effort is inputted into workouts. Not other people's problems. Not money. Not work stress. Just you and weights.

5. Summer's around the corner!

i am doing good as well too. I have been getting swamped with my Spanish Two class I am taking this fall. I wish I knew more spanish..lol Other than that, my workouts are coming along.
