It makes me feel good. It is a never ending challenge to be better. As soon as I reach a goal I can always add more plates to the bar.
How I Stay Motivated:
I do not want to ever be out of shape. I want to continue to get better every year. I want to be a role model for my children. OldSuperman, is real motivation for me too. Short term goal, Go get what I want!!
Long term go, enjoy what I get!!
Goal (Long):
Current Weight is 220. I would like to be 240 at around 9% bodyfat. I feel I need to increase back width and thickness, Broader rounder shoulders, thicker chest... Basically I want to increase the size and thickness all over, particullarly my calves. I have puny girly man calves. I hope to be in condition to enter an ametuer contest by June 2009 or 10. I want to encourage my children to weight train and to be active in general.
I always wanted to be big and muscular. Being in the Army and trying to be the best husband and father tend to eat up alot of time so I find myself neglecting myself. Since I am currently deployed for a full 15 months. i want to see what I can accomplish with my free time.
Yesterday I realized that it has been 13 years since I left my home in Memphiss to see the world as a US Soldier. I have seen and learned so much in this time and if I could go back, I'd still join. It's been pretty good to me, even at it's worst most difficult moments. I know everyone does...
12 week program I got out of Muscle anf Fitness. they have has the best workout thus far. i have tried workouts from several different Magazines. Theirs have been the best and given me the most progress, burn, results and responses from poeple who notice.

Well i'm glad you had some time to go back home. I just got home myself, and it feels good. Started back in the gym already! Got stay right! Hope you had fun back home!
Hey, Hope all is well down there. Hows the gym treatin you? Getting the results you want? From the outline in the pic, it seems like its coming along. Take care out there!
Man, that stinks. a 500% workload increase with nitpicking commanders?
Sounds like a load of fun. Well, as always, get it in when you can. You might just have to switch to HIT
what do i eat.. hmmmnn, everything i shouldn't, LOL. i eat the basic stuff.. chicken breast, eggwhites, oatmeal... ect. i lift weights 3 days a week and cardio 1 or 2 days a week.. usually sprints or running stairs.
Man, this stuff ALWAYS tries to be hard. Way harder than it needs to be but it looks like you've figured it out and are doing well.
Keep up the good work. You got a few more weeks before you get the RNR huh?
Cool pic. I've been awight. I could complain but then ya feel like sh*t. So life is good. I swear I have learned so much over the last 3yrs, not only about fitness but "life lessons" things you'll never forget! And you? Good I hope.
