Background
I want to love my body again. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes both in how they look and how they feel. Also, I want my children to have a healthy role model like I never had. This is my motivation.
I love the high I get after a good workout. There's no better feeling than a good sweat and knowing I'm doing good for my body. Love it!

Can someone help me please?? I'm so confused!
Posted in Other : Aug 17, 2011 8:43amThis new lifestyle of training and eating clean is new to me. It's so unlike anything I'm used to and I need help from anyone and everyone to give me some advise, opinions, tips, suggestions, etc. I used to be "skinny fat" at 128# or so. I decided that my lifestyle wasn't good enought so I came on this site to try to find a better way of life. Better eating, better exercising, better looking body. Well, now i weigh 137# and am frustrated as f!@%k! Here's the lowdown:

Posted in Nutrition : Aug 03, 2011 6:15amI need to vent. I just stepped on the scale and I'm up weight, but I'm positive it's not muscle. I've only been lifting for a week. It can't be muscle!
I'm just pissed right now and need to vent. I'm trying to change up my diet, eat clean, but it's a lot harder than I thought it would be. A lot of the foods I like and know are healthy just don't seem to fit into my food budget. It's mainly the carbs. Can someone shed some light on this for me?? I know there are good carbs and bad carbs, but it seems everything I want to eat will put me over budget for carbs. WTF!!!!

1st week down
Posted in Other : Aug 02, 2011 6:54am1 week down. I've finished my 1st week of my new lifestyle and new me. I've unfortunately gained weight. Now, my boyfriend tells me it is water weight since I've started taking creatine. Personally, I don't like that. I'm going to give it 1 more week, and if there is still weight gain, I'm going to quit taking it.
On a happy note, I did notice improvement in my training. Last week I worked legs on Monday. I was sooo sore and uncomfortable for about 4 days afterwards. Well, I did the same leg training last night and guess what.....no pain today!!! None. Zip. Zero. Zilch. My legs
