Workout Program:
Diet
South Beach Diet.

Cardio (Daily)
Joggin for distance about 4 days a week right now I am doin about 8 to 10 laps. I do sprinting for time the other 3 days. I try to do about 10 sprints active rest breaks in between which include brisk walkin.

Calisthenic Work-out (3 days per week)
3 sets super setting push ups and tricep dips to fatigue
4 sets of 25 crunches (crunches, left oblique crunches, right oblique crunches and leg raises)

Flexibility Training 20 mins 4 days per week.
