How I Started:
Well I have just made up my mind to start today and the major reason is that i want to improve my body and I feel the best way to do that is through body building, I just love the way a defined body looks. This is something that I have never had and desire greatly
Why I Love It:
Well I have not learnt to love the process as yet just the results for obvious reasons
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror in one of my biggest motivators when I dont like what I see I know what I need to do to change it. This site is also very helpful, I cant wait to put up a progress picture :)
BB Accomplishments:
As of this moment my greatest accomplishment is making the decision to start and stay committed

I think I am on the right track these days.  I have planned to do an activity everyday and I watch how much I eat.  I have decided to play tennis at least 4 times a week and soccer the other 3 days.  So far i am much more committed to tennis.  I love the game and am really getting...

Thank you for your reply and your very kind words. You said that you don't work out enough and the first thing I have to ask is why not? You live in paradice and are into physical eduation what stands in your way? Sorry if I am butting my nose in where it doesn't belong but that is just the way I am, I want everyone to be fit and healthy.
