How I Started:
Well I have just made up my mind to start today and the major reason is that i want to improve my body and I feel the best way to do that is through body building, I just love the way a defined body looks. This is something that I have never had and desire greatly
Why I Love It:
Well I have not learnt to love the process as yet just the results for obvious reasons
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror in one of my biggest motivators when I dont like what I see I know what I need to do to change it. This site is also very helpful, I cant wait to put up a progress picture :)

As of this moment my greatest accomplishment is making the decision to start and stay committed

Goal (Long):
1) Stay committed to my diet.
2) Do aerobics at least 4 times per week
3) Lift weights three days per week
4) Do my best to get better at soccer
P.S. I would really love to compete in a fitness competition someday, maybe a year from now.
I think I am on the right track these days. I have planned to do an activity everyday and I watch how much I eat. I have decided to play tennis at least 4 times a week and soccer the other 3 days. So far i am much more committed to tennis. I love the game and am really getting...
Cardio (Daily)
Joggin for distance about 4 days a week right now I am doin about 8 to 10 laps. I do sprinting for time the other 3 days. I try to do about 10 sprints active rest breaks in between which include brisk walkin.
Hey! I was wondering what happened to you. I haven't been doing so well either. Just this week I started up again and so far so good. I hope that I can stick with it this time. Its so hard!
Thank you for your reply and your very kind words. You said that you don't work out enough and the first thing I have to ask is why not? You live in paradice and are into physical eduation what stands in your way?
