How I Started: Well I have just made up my mind to start today and the major reason is that i want to improve my body and I feel the best way to do that is through body building, I just love the way a defined body looks. This is something that I have never had and desire greatly
Why I Love It: Well I have not learnt to love the process as yet just the results for obvious reasons
How I Stay Motivated: The mirror in one of my biggest motivators when I dont like what I see I know what I need to do to change it. This site is also very helpful, I cant wait to put up a progress picture :)
BB Accomplishments: As of this moment my greatest accomplishment is making the decision to start and stay committed

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): I want to become an athlete and in the process gain an athletic looking body. I'm interested in body building and soccer.
Goal (Long): 1) Stay committed to my diet. 2) Do aerobics at least 4 times per week 3) Lift weights three days per week 4) Do my best to get better at soccer P.S. I would really love to compete in a fitness competitions someday, maybe a year from now.

You live in paradice and are into physical eduation what stands in your way?
