At first I was on a mission to loose weight. I was maxing 215 lbs. I was unhappy, unhealthy, and at the end of my rope. My mission was to loose what I could. Now I am at 175lbs and ready to move to the next level.
Why I Love It:
I have always been infatuated with the "Arm n' Hammer" Logo. That womans arm was amazing. lol. Ahem, anyways, I love how building my body makes me feel inside and out. I love seeing new muscles and I love the fact that certain parts of my body are rock hard. Bodybuilding is allowing me to reach in and find the real me, who I was intended to be.
How I Stay Motivated:
My support group. My friends. My desire to reach higher.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
1)Educate yourself. Learn about what you are getting yourself into and what you have to do to accumulate results. 2)You know yourself better than anyone else does. Come to a point in your mind to where you understand that you are the only one that will ever live in your shell. And if a change will occur, it has to be by your hand. Preparation is a key. Prepare yourself mentally,..the rest will follow suit.1)Educate yourself.
