I am trying to get in shape. Turning 30 and I want to reach some fitness goals.

Hello. I am almost acclimated to the time change. The weather is gorgeous and hot.
I am down about 3 lbs. Going to the gym this afternoon to get my cardio and lift hamstrings and butt. If Im feeling energetic I will do some back, too.
Diet is going well....but a bit too much fruit. Keeps...
