How I Stay Motivated: Well this is a problem, I have trouble staying motivated, but reading books and body building mags, hopefully this website, and my husband.

Well I think well my husband thinks I am pretty much back to the best I got to before, but with more muscle than I had before, so now is the point where I will start to make real changes that I have never seen before.

Hi melody! I just want to know What I can tell my wife to do, to loose weight. She just had my baby a few days ago. She wants to know, but If I can show her that other female can do it probably she get ore motivated. I use to go to the gym with her but I'm deployed. I am glad to hear that you are losing weight and feeling more energized. I am doing well and enjoying a new workout regime as well as trying out a few new supplements to see how they effect me and my weight lifting. Keep pushing yourself and I will do the same.

better eating now mel, cardio strangely enough doesn't make me hungry but as soon as I lift heavy weights I am starving!!! Did legs, back and 40 mins cardio yesterday, just off to do chest, biceps and more cardio.

Maybebit of both, there is a well established gym that you can work through here, which is good because you are still self employed
