Hi melody! I just want to know What I can tell my wife to do, to loose weight. She just had my baby a few days ago. She wants to know, but If I can show her that other female can do it probably she get ore motivated. I use to go to the gym with her but I'm deployed. If you can give me some advise i will appreciate it. Thanks!
I am glad to hear that you are losing weight and feeling more energized. I am doing well and enjoying a new workout regime as well as trying out a few new supplements to see how they effect me and my weight lifting. Keep pushing yourself and I will do the same.
better eating now mel, cardio strangely enough doesn't make me hungry but as soon as I lift heavy weights I am starving!!! Did legs, back and 40 mins cardio yesterday, just off to do chest, biceps and more cardio.
