I eat regularly..around 5 times a day or more, I love food : )

Usually I try to follow a clean diet unless theres a special occasion. IIFYM is a interesting concept that some take literally...refined vs whole...nutrients anyone? 

My Supplement Program View My Full Supplement Program

just beginning to experiment with these...

red krill oil, calcium with vit D, Elite Fusion, Jack3D, looking at trying BCAA's, need iron and vit C according to my fitness pal. Did try multi vitamins but didnt feel any better and peed fluoro yellow lol.

Just added C4 extreme...doesn't have the focus of Jack3D, but i like it..face/body tingling was a little freaky.

Picked up some xtend intra workout too

melodyjayne really loving high volume training by myself as opposed to 35 minute PT sessions, maybe I can do away with it soon

  • a lot better than yesterday...you know when personal things kind of zap your mental energy and you just feel blah. I found Heidi Vuorela's blog and bought a pair of wireless headphones, so that perked me up : ) x

Review: Have been taking this for about a month, average 5 days per week, one scoop. Reading the hype on the jar had me super excited, but of course its just marketing. Decent energy and strength, lacking in focus compared to other pre workouts I have used. I don't like the flat feeling I get about two hours later. No appetite! I think I will go back to a more gentle sup (jack3d) which agrees with me more.
