Usually I try to follow a clean diet unless theres a special occasion. IIFYM is a interesting concept that some take literally...refined vs whole...nutrients anyone?

just beginning to experiment with these...
red krill oil, calcium with vit D, Elite Fusion, Jack3D, looking at trying BCAA's, need iron and vit C according to my fitness pal. Did try multi vitamins but didnt feel any better and peed fluoro yellow lol.
Just added C4 extreme...doesn't have the focus of Jack3D, but i like it..face/body tingling was a little freaky.
Picked up some xtend intra workout too
