just beginning to experiment with these...
red krill oil, calcium with vit D, Elite Fusion, Jack3D, looking at trying BCAA's, need iron and vit C according to my fitness pal. Did try multi vitamins but didnt feel any better and peed fluoro yellow lol.
Just added C4 extreme...doesn't have the focus of Jack3D, but i like it..face/body tingling was a little freaky.
Picked up some xtend intra workout too
