Background
I needed to get in shape after my son was born. I started when he was a few months old, but didn't really get serious until I met my husband, who is a personal trainer. For the past 2 years, I have slowly gained in strength and lost weight.
I love feeling strong and looking better than I ever have! Being able to lift more than a lot of guys at the gym and still looking like a woman is also very empowering!
