I LOST A FIGHT WHEN I WAS 12 I HAD TO WORKOUT LEARN SOME SELF THE DEFENSE COME BACK OUTSIDE KICKED EVERYONES ASS I LOOK LIKE IM 16 AND AS STRONG AS A OLDER PERSON I COULD LIFT IN HIGH LIMITS

i need a much bigger size and alot more strength i mean out of my school i predict being about 70-85% stronger than teens in the school indivauly im 14 5,7 throwing teens at 16 pretty strong with muscles at about 6 ft imagine im very strong for my age and want to improve
