mass i need mass! huge and improved
i need a much bigger size and alot more strength i mean out of my school i predict being about 70-85% stronger than teens in the school indivauly im 14 5,7 throwing teens at 16 pretty strong with muscles at about 6 ft imagine im very strong for my age and want to improve

Yeah I understand. It's a good workout though. We did that for wrestling in school. and it helped. But anyways maybe later.
