im on a quest for six pack abs. what is your formula in getting ripped. i watch my diet and do cardio but its kinda slow for me.

hey bill i to have the same set up at home and gain 15 9n 2 months 6 meals a day working out 4 times a day. push days chest and tries pull back and biceps then legs and caves last shoulder and traps need the 3 kings for bulk bench,deadlift,squats, you will gain strength before u now it. let me know how its going

i here that arm wrestling guys have power over even the strongest weight lifter...how true may that be?

hey dug im a older bodybuilder always looking for size. my question is did you have a bulking cycle or all your muscle goins came from being lean..plz reply thanks

thank you stached..age is not a factor in my book. i hit the weights hard so that my muscle react to the stressors.its working so far
