to get as large as possible, and later do some serious cutting

ive gain 20 pounds little fat some muscles.trying to gain as much mass without looking like im overweight, i find this to be hard due to i gain weight quickly..always keeping my eye on my to pack abs.. when i reach my goal using my arm as reference let say 18 ,im at 17.5 now i will try cutting.
