Decided to get back in shape when I noticed that I couldn't do easily or was struggling with what I needed to do at work ( like lifting things, moving things etc). Plus I hated my looks. With a few colleagues, we decided it was time to get back in shape.
Why I Love It:
Feeling of achievement, and seeing the transformation is priceless. You feel good, you look good, it makes you happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about long-term, when I can look back and see all the changes. I always look ahead.
I've always wanted to have a muscular, efficient body. I want to gain mass and strenght, to improve my overall condition. And also esthetically speaking I've always admired muscly women. So I'll be one of them, with hard work and motivation!
Well, presentation for starters: Mel, 24, French ( yep, nobody's perfect ), metalhead, body modifications fan, addicted to endorphines, adrenaline junkie, but still reasonable (read: I haven't managed to get myself killed yet).
Great physique, good base for your goal of gaining muscle. To throw in two cents from an athlete, if you want to gain some serious overall mass, take a good look into trying out different strongman/strongwoman events, I think Titania lives around Melbourne, I'd hit her up for some tips on that. But yeah, you're lookin good!
