your cutting progress looks great. How long do your workouts usually last? It only takes me about 40 min to lift the same kind of regiman you have. I always feel like I should be lifting for a lot longer, like an hour or so. Keep up the killer progress!!

Congrats on your transformation! I noticed you do 30-40 min of cardio each day. What kind of cardio do you normally do? Do you do intervals or steady state cardio?

Hey! I hope training is going good for you. My legs are killing me already from this mornings workout. I need to get a hang on this carb cycling Steve has me on. It takes a lot of will power to make dinner for my husband and I and watch him eat it while I eat something else...lol!

Things are getting better. I seemed to have lost the motivation and now I am getting back on the wagon. You have to want it bad to keep up with it and I have finally hit rock bottom where I am unhappy with myself and my body. I am cranking it to high gear now!

I am good. I took some time off...seemed to lose motivation. You really have to want it to keep up on it and I really think this time I want it bad. I am unhappy with my body and finally hit rock bottom. I realize I need to change and I am the only one who can do it.

I am liking the plan. I am not quite as strict on the meals. Still only clean food, but a little more BFL style right now. The workouts I am following to a T and loving it.

what do you normally have for your last meal before bed? I know not to have carbs with it and cottage cheese seems to be a good choice but I don't like it...GAG!!!!

I don't know if all of Steve's plans are similar or not but every 4th day I am supposed to carb up to shock the body. Maybe I could just have a cheat meal once per week to shock the body?

The weekends are the hardest for me. Like this weekend, we are having a cookout with pasta salad(FAVORITE!!) beaked beans, burgers, etc. I feel like I have to not let myself have anything not good for me. I am perfectly content with 1/4c pasta salad, couple bites baked beans, burger w/out bun and fruit but I feel like I am not allowed to even have that much!

Honestly, I think it is that I am a little low on the will power to stick with it. When you first started to want to lose weight, was it hard for you to completely change your diet? that is what the trouble is for me.
