So I gave up on the anabolic diet once again.  It is just not for me.  After doing it for this long I am miserable and moody and just plain unhappy.  I am going back to following a normal diet, maybe limiting my carbs a little more than ususal. I want to make it down to 125 by my birthday...

hey girl thanks :). i do the elliptical and the treadmill mostly. about 20 min a piece. fast steady pace on elliptical then treadmill usually a incline of 15 for 10 min @ 4.5 mph and then back down do no incline for the next 10 min jogging. It works for me hope it helps. Good luck with your goals! :)

yeah I lost a good amount of weight this week and just got my bodyfat checked..went down a percent..which is good!! I am super tired and exausted though!

Hey girl! Thank you so much! Training and diet is going well right now. Trying to recover from a lower body injury, so i'm a little less than normal in the gym right now. But nothing can hold me back...I'll keep pushing in every other aspect to maintain and continue to improve where i can for now. How about you? How are you doing with the plan?

everything is good..pretty tired and exhausted from low carbs and training hard..but its all worth it..I love seeing my body change and waking up feeling skinny and lean. How are things with you?

I have a shake with 1/2 teaspoon of natural peanut butter. I don't use a blender neither. I just use my shaker bottle and eat the pb off the spoon :)

it took a few weeks for me to get the hang of it. I wanted instant results though, but didn't quit. Just kept working with it and getting help from others to see what worked for them and what they were eating. Also getting in all those meals on time helps with the cravings and the metabolism. I eat 7 times a day right now...lol.

I probably should cut down the cheat meals like one every 2 weeks if i want to see faster results. My husband likes to go out to eat every weekend somewhere so its hard. There is always the steak house though :D

Was is it that you are mostly having trouble with? Is it like no cheat meals or not having carbs at night? I still have a weekly cheat, but just don't go overboard.
