Sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I had emergency surgery on Sept 19 and have spent the last 3 weeks recovering. Just got released to start training again this week. I understand about being stressed. I'm glad I decided to wait until spring to compete again. I'm glad to hear your doing well and good luck with school. Keep in touch!

It all comes down to your diet (consistency is the key), and how much weight training and cardio you are doing.

I understand what you are going through. I lost focus for a while after my show in May. Not necessarily with training but with diet, like you. I am just now getting back on track with mine. It does get better I promise. Just take a deep breath, exhale, and repeat. You can do this!

I know you can do it, there is no question! I am gonna have to cut my cardio down next time I prep. I lost a little muscle last time cuz I did too much.
