How I Started:
I've always been athletic but had an extended vacation to have three kids. After I realized I was done I decided it was time fo focus on myself for a change.
Why I Love It:
I'm completely addicted and unfunctionable without it..Haha
How I Stay Motivated:
The small improvements go a long way. They always lead to bigger ones!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12 to 15 depending on the weight and what body part it is. I may be trying to define an area so I do more reps at a lower weight
