How I Started: Have always been althletic in school. After giving birth, I subscribed to Oxygen Magazine and was blown away by these women in way better shape than me!!! I became hooked after seeing results and desperately wanted those SIX PACK ABS!!! 10 months after having baby 2, I would like to be RIPPED for summertime!!!
Why I Love It: Love the results, makes me feel good physically and emotionally. So many benefits, couldn't tell you all of them!
How I Stay Motivated: Looking at pics of others! Listening to music which helps me get up and MOVE! Telling myself I CAN DO ANYTHING!
BB Accomplishments: 30 pushups per minute!...
