How I Started:
Have always been althletic in school. After giving birth, I subscribed to Oxygen Magazine and was blown away by all the fit women. I became hooked after seeing results and desperately wanted a fit body.
Why I Love It:
Love the results, makes me feel good physically and emotionally. So many benefits, couldn't tell you all of them!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pics of others! Listening to music which helps me get up and MOVE! Telling myself I CAN DO ANYTHING!
