Background

When I Started: Apr 2004
HOW I STARTED:

Have always been althletic in school. After giving birth, I subscribed to Oxygen Magazine and was blown away by all the fit women. I became hooked after seeing results and desperately wanted a fit body.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Love the results, makes me feel good physically and emotionally. So many benefits, couldn't tell you all of them!

Inama It is very hard to compete without support. Can you find someone at the local gym? The first time I tried to compete I did not have the right support and nothing went right, but the next time I did have good support and I won my weight class. Good Luck. May 22, 2011 1:19pm
