Doing well. I bought the books and feel like everything is coming together. I was trying to eat 6 small meals, lift, and do cardio, but I didn't have a nice specific 12 wk, 84 day plan, complete with a cheat day.

Thank you for the add to your friends. I am always encouraged when I see women taking the step to make their health a priority. You can't give your best to your family if you aren't at your best. I wish you success on BFL (it worked for me).

My wife and I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and we got them following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. Push yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
