How I Started:
I started working out after m y daughter was born in 2006, but then two yrs after struggling to lose 30 lbs i got pregnant with my son, and gain another 50 lbs. So now i'm back in the gym again.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me energy to cope with life mentally and physically. I love working out also because mainly it makes me look better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated whenever i'm in the gym, when i leave i lose that motivaton unless i have someone telling me to stay focus and that i can do it, and sometimes when i look at myself i get a little motivated also.
BB Accomplishments:
What i want to accomplish on here to find someone that i've been searching for a very long time now, and i'm not going to stop until i find her, and her name is "skinny me" yea thats right the skinny version of me lol. I will not stop until i find her.
Well i want to go for 130lbs by July 1st. I want to lose weight to look and feel sexy again, and mainly so that i can be there for my kids. I have a busy life and with this weight i get tired easy, most of the time i just feel lazy, so losing this weight will make me more healthier and able to move around better. I dont know how people that are overweight deal with it, but it sure make me unhappy, and its painful too i be getting back pains all the time. So hopefuly by April i could get down to 120lbs.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?

I need to put up some more progress pics, i've lost already 11 lbs, but it doessnt really show that much, but i can tell by how my clothes fits. I'm feeling good about myself, i know i'll get there soon. I'm working out at home now, so it going to be a bit challenging for me, no one there to...

AWWW Thanks so much.Right now I am just watching how much I eat and eating healther foods that I like and working out good and hard :). But my issue has ALWAYS been diet so really learning and knowing what I'm eating has helped soo much! Then Just keep going and dont stop!
