How I Started:
I want to play DB in college, so I need to add some mass.
Why I Love It:
First of all, I hate having to sit around. I like working out because you can see the results you put the work in for.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing what's at the end of all this work. Getting to 180lbs.

Gaining about 20lbs. of muscle.

yea i still use higher power whey protein, its cheap, tastes good, and has a high number of protein per serving.
