My goal is to be truly competitive on the natural figure stage in 2008!
Goal (Long):
For the last year and a half, I've been training to compete on the amateur figure stage. I was blessed to do just that in Aug and again in Oct. Now, I'm hoping to pack on some more muscle, add width to my back and bulk to my legs. Let's get ready to rumble!!
Hey Mel, I don't think I got when your first contest is this year. How did the bulking go? Did you put on the size your were looking for? Well, good luck and keep up the good work. Steve
Your signature, "Sacrifice is the barrier between mediocrity and excellence.", is excellent! Do you know who said it? Maybe it was you! Looking excellent; fit and healthy. Congratulations.
Congrats on your figure contest successes! I hope to place in my show...this cutting diet is killing me, I've never been so hungry in my LIFE! Good luck in your 2008 season, I'm sure you're going to rawk!
Awww thanks! I really appreciate that so much. I do get to work out daily as we have 2 different gyms where I'm located and they are pretty nice considering. Has anyone ever told you that you look like a college cheerleader or tennis player in that outfit?!
Thank you so much for the encouragement! I'm working as hard as I can because I am determined to reach my goal which is to come into the show looking my best. Win or lose, I'll still be a champion!
Thank you so much for the well wishes on my surgery. Everything went really well and I am feeling pretty good today. Congrats to you on making it on stage for the first time and best of luck in preparing for next year. God bless and take care!
