My Before, before skinny melda pics (130lb, first pic...123lb, 2ndpic). Would like to get back down around 125-135. 125 for contest and 130-135 off-season. But with added muscle compared to these pics. Way to skinny in the dress for me. Sorry so blurry but took a pic of a pic to see the overall frame & size that I used to be :) Not sure of exact date of pics.
Slowly coming off, still lots of work to do. Was not initially consistent but am on top of things right now :)

Another pic from last summer. I actually gained more after these two pics, but I didn't go out much during the summer and well just felt uncomfortable with myself.

Last summer (2007). Trying on clothes. Was so damn depressed because everything looked like crap on me. Won't be doing that this summer. Gained even more weight after this and ended up in the 180's. Time to make a definite change. Don't have pics from that weight. I'm in the 170's in this pic.

Bum bum is the area that I want to really sculpt. Need to round it out and get rid of the cellulite on the legs & lean them out. Booty please don't go away though, just sculpt for me (lol).

One of my "high" moments with my progress. Actually felt more confident and said "yes" to going out. Didn't feel so self-conscious as I had in the past. Felt great to start to have that feeling again. Can't wait to start really dropping weight & adding muscle. Get to pull out the hoochie gear, lol.

Progress pics taken on April 5, lost a lot of motivation & had fallen off track at the time, luckily did not gain a lot of weight, but could definitely see & feel a little weight gain & heaviness.

2pc I will be wearing for my figure comp in October. Gotta get my a** in gear. 22+ wks out and a whole lot of muscle building, fat blasting to go. Can't do progress pics with suit yet because padding is added in top of suite and well my boobs are too big for it right now, lol. Will take some out (padding) if top still doesn't fit by comp time. We'll see.

Yes another early morning pic. Not great changes. Had graduation yesterday (yippee, its over) and well...ate like a pig the whole day and went out last night, so pics could definitely be worse, lol. A lot of work to do and school is officially over. Time to crand out the workouts and get strict on the diet.

20lb difference, 35-40lbs more to go for first figure comp. Build the muscle lose the bodyfat. Trying to come in as lean as possible with as much muscle as possible. Then will add more muscle during offseason. Just want to get my feet wet :) .

Yes, another just waking up morning pic along with an awful tank-top tan from walking my dog, lol. Leaning out a little. My legs need a ton of work. Can feel the weight coming off the middle and basically everywhere else (back, arms, etc) little by little, but those legs are some thick things :( ...

Yeah, posing sucks. Still running and taking pics with the timer:). Lil changes are coming but not much difference with muscle. Lil by little it's happening.
