Hey Chicana, Happy (well late) Thanksgiving, Hope you enjoyed your day :)...Missing you all too. Went completely off track and well embarressment and losing track of goals...Couldn't even stand to say anything :( ...Getting back into the swing of things though, working out with a girl from work and looking at planning ANOTHER COMP DATE, LOL.

Hey chica. Still here. Just been working a lot trying to pay the bills :(...Other than that I am doing good. Still not losing the way I want, but it's all good. I am not stressed about it anymore. It will come off eventually ...How are things with you.

Yeah, the waist is starting to whittle its way out there a lil, lol. Slowly been able to pull out the cute tops one by one. hehehe. It's the legs I'm worried about :( ...They have not budged an inch.

Thank you for the compliment about progress. Stalled out a little due to on/off training but on full force now...School done and no more doubles at work so really pushing it. How are things going with you ???

Hey Girl :) ...I got my suits from www.divaexchange.com ...Unfortunately there used, but with some good handwashing, its worth the money for me. Cannot afford brand new right now. However if you want new, there are lots of sites out there. Good luck with the suit searching :) ...Tried to send you a PM...Gotta clear out that mail, lol.

Fortunately haven't hit the multiples yet :), but I know it's coming. Still figuring out what is going to work for me. Either doing the first before work and after or after work and before I go to sleep. I sometimes don't go to sleep until the afternoon. I tend to be all over the damn place though. I don't think I would cut it on the 2 1/2 hrs. But everyones body is different though too. Would probably depend on what I was doing. How's your training coming along?

I actually do okay when I'm first getting out of work. I get my second wind around 5 in the morning :). Sometimes will go home though to let the pooch out to pee. 2 1/2 hrs at the gym after night shift, yeah that's not happening, lol. The max my trainer has me at is an hour right now. My time will eventually increase but will be split into different times of the day though.

Wendy, oh my. Your profile pic looks so much like my mother as a young woman. I had to do a double take,lol. Thank you for the compliment on the suit. Hehehe. I was just reading some of your info. I am looking at the cathy savage programs as well right now. Have always been interested in the fitness competitions but am starting with figure first.

Hehehe, will I am definitely up for the challenge :) . Just hope that I don't lose any muscle and that damn hamstring fat goes away. I know it will be one of the last places, but I just sit there and stare at it and pinch it all the time, lol. Know it doesn't do anything but well, that's just me :). Okay gonna try and go to sleep, my first attempt didnt work. Have to work tonight (Nightshifter) :). TTYL.

Oh, I'm 35 + pounds away from my goal weight too. People tell me I hold it well, but the reality is it needs to come off for comp time. I may have more muscle by then but at 130 I worked out all the time so had the muscle mass and am looking at comping at 120-125, probably closer to 125. Hopefully it will happen :( . That's a lot of weight to lose still. Mad at myself because I've lost weeks of time making excuses with school, but gotta get over that and kill it over the next 18-19 wks.

It's funny. I swear my pics look better then what I look in person, lol. Usually the opposite way around. I have a ton of bodyfat to lose. Mostly around my midsection and the back of my legs. The back of my legs drives me the most nuts. I'm not quite as worried about my arms because I think it will come with time and once my chicken wings go away. But the fat around the hams, gotta go away.
