It was really hard yesterday, fatigued really easily. This morning I woke up a little sore in the pecs and the lats, but that's all fine now.

Yeah I played a fair bit. I'm one of the main players on our team, especially on offence.

Had some sort of chest infection. Almost made me miss the Australian Mixed Ultimate Championships last weekend. I went, but it was difficult having done no exercise in so long.

Not quite 100% but much better. Went for a work out for the first time in a couple of weeks today. Was so weak though.

Have the Australian Mixed National Championships next weekend in Hobart. Then I have some German friends visiting for three weeks so will be doing things with them including a bit of traveling with them.

Thanks mate, same. Though the next month is going to be very interrupted in terms of working out unfortunately sick or not sick. Let's hope I can still get a few good workouts in.

It's just a cough, am feeling otherwise alright. I should be fine, just won't be as fit as I'd like for it. How's it all going for you?

Went back to the gym on Thursday night, worked the arms and shoulders. My biceps were hurting for a couple of days after. However I think I pushed myself too hard too soon, my cough has gotten worse since. So not going to the gym today. Have to be okay for my Ultimate Frisbee final Monday night.

Sorry to hear about the heartbreak. Use that mate to push yourself harder and be better for the next girl that comes along. I can't imagine how that feels, but hopefully it gets better.
