I would like to lose 3 pounds this week! Please send encouragement as I may need it ;)
Goal (Long):
I'm going to stick with my Turbo Jam diet with some slight modifications and doing the recommended work outs by Chalene whether it kills me or not. I am also going to run for 45 minutes three days this week.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Whatever is clean. I don't get all pretty to workout because it is not my social hour and I am too cheap to spend money on a work out wardrobe that is fashion friendly.
Ok.... I need advice, support, and ideas on how to not eat sweets! I'll give up the bread, no problem but sugar is a whole different beast. How have many of you been successful in kicking the sugar craving and sticking to it. I am open to all and any suggestions. Let me...

Slow but steady. The hardest part is controling my diet. I'm due another progress pic. My wife says she can really see the differences, now, but you know how that is.
