How I Started:
Have been on and off for years but as my body has got more out of control, the bigger the fear I have of training. Today, 12th Oct 2008 is the first day of the rest of my training life. I have to make a difference.

Goal (Long):
My goodness, I need help. My body has gone from 9 st toned and fit to basically a potato! My body has been snatched by alcohol and take outs... I want my body back!!
I want to be under 20% body fat, to have lean muscle, to engage in cardio of any description and enjoy it rather than dread it. I want to lose the excess bagage,gain a six pack, be admired and respected for acheiving my goals. I will with focus and dedication achieve my goals over the next 12 months.
this week has been the first week of good workouts. I really didn't think I was going to ever enjoy weight training again, but today i did a fantastic workout. Everything clicked into place, I am sore and feel great.
I now think i can really do this, jumped on the scales and have lost 2kg....
