hey everyone. I was thinking of including "Animal Pak" by Universal as my training supplement. What do you guys think of this? I really want to gain some defined muscle and cut the maximum amount of fat.

mma style workout. I just finished 3 circuits of 10 movements as fast as I could... kind of queezy at the end. but this summmer I did what I called the ultimate fighter cardio routine(on my non-weight days).. switch between jump rump and various other lick-boxing moves for as long as you can in a 30 minutes period ..my trainer starts the stopwatch at the begin and pause it it when I stop moving or to cattch my breath.. it was a good change.. change makes your body respond. good luck!
