When I Started:
How I Started:
I'm still just starting I guess. I did the Men's Health Urbanathlon in October 2007 in Chicago. My team rocked the race, (2nd!) but I could have been faster and certainly leaner. Now I'm in build mode. There were so many inspiring men and woman in that race. Thank you for motivating me to keep pushing.
Why I Love It:
It takes all my stress away. I'm a horrible grumpy man in the morning at 5AM when I start my day. By the time I'm done my morning workout I'm happy, energized, and ready to take on my day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a trainer once at the beginning of every week - and work out with her again in a spinning class at the end of the week. She inspires me. She motivates me. She kicks my ass!
BB Accomplishments:
Today I did my first handstand on 12lb dumbells (easier on the wrists). I'm on my way to my goal. <May 2008>

I want to evolve in my generation - not wait for the next...
Goal (Long):
Right now I have two main goals. The first is to do handstand pushups. The second is my first 24 hour adventure race in August of this year - running, canoeing, mountain biking. The strength for the pushups is currently beyond me (but I'm making great strides). The endurance for the 24 hours of racing is massive...
Hey man keep doing your thing...good luck on your handstand pushs also, if i dont do "REGULAR" pushups...lol in the morning i have a problem with just trying to focus on doing them at nite.
Safe Travels. I'm in Hong Kong for the week then to Las Vegas for the weekend to "recoup"... ha... at least I can adjust to the time change there better. Enjoy Atlanta! Great town!
