How I Started:
Had my 2nd child- Congrats to me!! Now it is my turn to focus on me.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I know it is making me feel better and live better. Working out pulls everything together...health...nutrition...physicalwellbeing... and just feeling better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with keeping in touch with my best friend Jess, who is also transforming her body. Plus I want to give my children a better head start on nutrition and staying healthy.
BB Accomplishments:
Met my first weight goal of 155. Now I would like to go 10 more and completly get toned..I don't want to be huge in muscles just really defined!!

Transform My Body!! Reduce the bodyfat % and truly tone!!
Goal (Long):
Short term goal is to start my 12 week transformation...to weigh 142 lbs and stay there...Long term goal is to have a complete body transformation. I know this will take hard work and dedication and results won't come over night. I am focusing on my eating habits, cutting back on the carbs and I wan't to comlpletly cut out sugar..I am a sugar addict so this one is hard. When I get myself to the toned and strength I love, I would like to compete with others. Here is to the long journey ahead!! I am STOKED!!

Wow, thanks for the compliment - I always think my legs are kind of short and stubby but they do not have any fat on them and already have great definition so I do get encouraged by the way my legs look. Your legs look really nice too, long and lean.
Thanks for the reply and add Meg! You know, one can really be creative and set themselves up a very beneficial homegym. Presently, I'm doing all of my training at home. So it can work.... Of course, gym membership is great too. Best wishes, Scott

You definitely look amazing! I was at my heaviest almost 2 years ago. It has taken me about a year to lose the weight but I've just recently started weight training and I am HOOKED!
Back on track I got hurt and then got lazy for a bit. I am back at it now. Next month I am going to focus on diet. I have this vision of seeing my abs this summer. I am hoping they make a comeback it has been a few years since I have seen them ;)
