How I Started:
I wanted to lose weight and get toned for a vacation to Maui I took in 2004. I felt great, looked great, and got tons of compliments on my body change. This boosted my self esteem and gave me motivation to keep my diet and workout plan going.
Why I Love It:
I love to see progress through the way my clothes fit, and the way my body looks.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals for myself, e.g. going to Vegas in 1 month, going to Maui in 2 months. I will need to look great for both of these vacays!

Today was the first (semi) real day of my new/current workout and diet regime.  I'm still waiting for supplements and boosts for my smoothies to arrive on my doorstep.  I have been functioning on my modified meal plan for the past week.  So far, so good.  Had been hitting the gym 3x/week, now...


Current Supplements:
Hydroxycut Hydroxycut Advanced, 150 Rapid Release Caplets

Reason: TO get more cut and lose more fat during workouts.
SciFit Fat Suppress, 200 Capsules

Reason: To decrease amount of fat absorbed in my diet.
