How I Started:
I grew up in the bodybuilding industry. My parents owned the sports nutrition company Champion Nutrition. So, ever since I peered my tiny head outside the womb I have been inundated with body building. My parents have always gone to the gym and have bodies to show for it. One day I decided to go to the gym, and have gone ever since!
Why I Love It:
The human body is fascinating. I love working out because I love the body. Building muscle is like orchastrating a beautiful piece of classical music. The foundation is layed. The pieces are layered on each other. Then you reach the wonderful peak. And the resolution comes. The audience is moved.
How I Stay Motivated:
Education is my motivation. The more research I read, the more I want to experiment!
BB Accomplishments:
1) I am hypoglycemic and hypothyroid. Both metabolic disorders come with an excess of fat. Genetics only determine so much, the rest is sheer desire.
2) Placing 8th in the Excaibur 2008.

Goal (Long):
For my next show (show #2) I simply need to add size. Two areas I am mainly focused on are my legs and abs. I have to add some solid size to my legs and cut up my abs.

It's hard because bikini is new so I have not heard much about it. If anything I will email Jon Lindsey and see if he can give me some information. The diet is going to be the main thing and just sticking with my cardio. I will be good. Are you going to stick with Figure?
Will do girl. Yup, I plan on doing that one. I want to still take a little break but then get into that contest mode again. We should train together when you're up here. you got my number still right?
This site helped me out so much. I was able to get so much advice but people on here. Good luck with your training. I am debating if I want to do a show again soon.
