Well I have actually been working out since I was 17 but, never did weight training until now.
Why I Love It:
Because I love to watch my body change, get stronger, feel better, and its just so much fun!
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now I am not having a hard time staying motivated at all. But, I think it has to do with my 3 work out buddies and summer coming up!
BB Accomplishments:
I wouldn't say there were any major ones yet. But, I can see muscle tone now that I never could. Which is AWESOME!

I was 15 when this was taken! No one ever taught me how to be healthy...So, I had to take it upon myself.
This is me now..Yeah not a pretty picture but, shows how much I've changed..I plan on changing my body MUCH more..so keep watching me!
I would like to gain some muscle and tone my entire body!
Goal (Long):
I come from 2 sides of familes who are morbidly obese. I was falling into that not too long ago. When I was 15 years old I weighed 215 pounds. On a 5'3 frame it looked even larger. After living life for two years with a large body I finally decided to do something sbout it. I became a vegetarian and lost 97 pounds! I loved the attention I got from losing the weight but, in my eyes it still isn't good enough. I do have some loose skin on my hips,tummy, and arms. It's not terrible but, something I would like to fill in with muscle to look better. Well I guess thats it! So, today was my first day...SUPER difficult but, I managed to get in all of my reps. I am doing the classic so today was Chest & Back then Ab Ripper. I have a set of powerblocks that I use and I love them. Anyway I have the resistance bands too so, if its even possible I am going to use...

Weather here sucks...It's raining ever ysingle day so I'm not riding my bike as much as I want to...Oh well, I'm leaving to Europe on 26th...That should be fun! My family has been back there having a blast for past month or so...I cant wait!!!!

my favortie work out would by far have to be my arms and sholder work outs but my second one would have to be abs cause i love to feel the burn in my abs cause it lets me know i'm actually doing something
I am sorry to hear about the cancer. But glad to see you are a fighter. Thanks for the compliment. I am in the middle of programs but start a new one on Monday. I am excited about that. You are looking good yourself. Keep up the good work.
I was just wandering, so how is training going? Have learned anything new? I saw that you have just started realy working out. It hard sometimes to stick with it.
